Love learning how to access all these websites for activities! It is so useful and informative!!
I would like to have a hard copy from the info in the computer lab.
If found the practicing of games in group helpful. We as teachers need to play to understand how the game can be applied.
I enjoy learning the new ways to teach math and completing hands on activities. I need more time learning the technology information. Having a hard copy to look over after the training would be beneficial.
This is my first time as a second grade teacher that I have been able to attend a workshop. I learned how to play some games that I know will be beneficial to my students. We are using the Everyday Math program this year, and I love it. We can already see a huge improvement in "thinking" skills. Thank you for the resources and the chance to talk with other second grade teachers about what works and what doesn't.
I love getting the website ideas. We can send a list of sites to parents to use at home. I also really enjoy learning about the different games we can play. We have game day on Fridays and the kids just love it!
